We pray with the Church and the world
That the goods of the earth, intended by God for all people, be
used wisely to promote justice and solidarity.
That all governments act together to fight against diseases and
epidemics throughout the world.
That as
we continue the journey of Lent, we may deepen the call of God within our
hearts through prayer, fasting, words and works of kindness and so become
renewed Easter people.
We
pray with the Institute
The theme this year is United Under
God’s Tent and the women of Paraguay have called us to join together under God’s
tent in worship. We pray that we will be united under God’s protection with all
the people who join in this celebration.”
