Asilah Celebrating 10 years! In 1997, the Institute of the Blessed Virgin Mary decided to face a new challenge: to move to a mission in Asilah, Morocco, with everything that that would entail. A different country, a different culture and above all a different religion. It’s now ten years since the first sisters left to go there, initially for two years. These have been years of prayer and work , sharing life with the local people and the small Christian community of Asilah. And now it’s time to celebrate it!
