THE SECOND JOINT MEETING
On 6th March we had the second of the three CJ/IBVM Joint online meeting. The topic of the day was ‘IBVM Formation Guidelines/ CJ Formation Framework’. Sixty-one CJ/IBVM members participated in it. The presence of members belonging to different age groups was an expression of hope and interest in the future of Mary Ward Family.
After the opening prayer Estela CJ and Geraldine IBVM gave a brief description of Formation Framework and Formation Handbook followed by group discussions. The feedback from small group sharing in the plenary clearly indicated much gratitude for the space created to understand and appreciate the guidelines offered in these documents. All recognized that both the documents are similar in essence and spirituality and also expressed the need to update them to address the current reality paying attention to context, culture, interculturality, vocabulary and to respond to needs of the time and of people we accompany.
El 6 de marzo tuvimos la segunda de las tres reuniones conjuntas en línea CJ/IBVM. El tema del día fue “Directrices de formación del IBVM/Marco de formación de la CJ”. Participaron en ella 61 miembros de la CJ/IBVM. La presencia de miembros pertenecientes a diferentes grupos de edad fue una expresión de esperanza e interés en el futuro de la Familia Mary Ward.
Después de la oración de apertura, Estela CJ y Geraldine IBVM dieron una breve descripción del Marco de Formación y del Manual de Formación, seguido de discusiones en grupo. Los comentarios de los pequeños grupos que compartieron en el plenario indicaron claramente mucha gratitud por el espacio creado para comprender y apreciar las directrices ofrecidas en estos documentos. Todos reconocieron que ambos documentos son similares en esencia y espiritualidad y también expresaron la necesidad de actualizarlos para abordar la realidad actual prestando atención al contexto, la cultura, la interculturalidad, el vocabulario y para responder a las necesidades de los tiempos y de las personas a las que acompañamos.
Am 6. März fand das zweite der drei gemeinsamen Online-Treffen von CJ und IBVM statt. Das Thema des Tages war “IBVM Ausbildungsrichtlinien/ CJ Ausbildungsrahmen”. Einundsechzig CJ/IBVM-Mitglieder nahmen daran teil. Die Anwesenheit von Mitgliedern verschiedener Altersgruppen war ein Ausdruck der Hoffnung und des Interesses an der Zukunft der Mary Ward Familie.
Nach dem Eröffnungsgebet gaben Estela CJ und Geraldine IBVM eine kurze Beschreibung des Ausbildungsrahmens und des Ausbildungshandbuchs, gefolgt von Gruppendiskussionen. Die Rückmeldungen aus den Kleingruppen, die sich im Plenum austauschten, zeigten deutlich, wie dankbar man für den Raum war, der geschaffen wurde, um die in diesen Dokumenten enthaltenen Leitlinien zu verstehen und zu schätzen. Alle erkannten an, dass beide Dokumente im Kern und in der Spiritualität ähnlich sind, und äußerten auch die Notwendigkeit, sie zu aktualisieren, um der aktuellen Realität gerecht zu werden, indem man auf den Kontext, die Kultur, die Interkulturalität und das Vokabular achtet und auf die Bedürfnisse der Zeit und der Menschen, die wir begleiten, reagiert.
THE FIRST JOINT MEETING
On 28th February we had the first of the three CJ/IBVM Joint online meetings. The topic of the day was ‘Vocation Animation’. Sixty members from all over the world participated in it. It was open to all those interested and desire to walk together to reflect on different topics related to Formation.
The majority of the participants expressed the need to share and to learn more from one another. It also gave an opportunity to know each other better as Family of Mary Ward in our commitment to formation and accompaniment.
Encuentro Online sobre Formación
El 28 de febrero tuvimos la primera de las tres reuniones conjuntas en línea CJ/IBVM. El tema del día fue “Animación vocacional”. Participaron 60 miembros de todo el mundo. Estaba abierto a todos los interesados y con ganas de caminar juntos para reflexionar sobre diferentes temas relacionados con la Formación.
La mayoría de las participantes expresaron la necesidad de compartir y aprender más unas de otras. También dio la oportunidad de conocernos mejor como Familia María Ward en nuestro compromiso con la formación y el acompañamiento.
Online-Meeting zur Ausbildung
Am 28. Februar fand das erste der drei gemeinsamen Online-Treffen von CJ und IBVM statt. Das Thema des Tages war “Berufungsanimation”. Sechzig Mitglieder aus der ganzen Welt nahmen daran teil. Das Treffen war offen für alle, die Interesse und Lust haben, gemeinsam über verschiedene Themen im Zusammenhang mit der Ausbildung nachzudenken.
Die Mehrheit der Teilnehmer äußerte das Bedürfnis, sich auszutauschen und mehr voneinander zu lernen. Es gab auch die Gelegenheit, sich als Familie von Mary Ward in unserem Engagement für Ausbildung und Begleitung besser kennen zu lernen.
