Russia is a mission of the Slovak Province
Currently, the Congregation of Jesus have only two small communities in Russia/Siberia, in Tjumen and Kujbyshev (Samara). The communities were founded after the fall of communism. The main ministries are pastoral and social work in the parish, visits to families, often in outlying cities and villages.
Our future presence as CJ in these two communities is in the process of discernment.
