The group was warmly accommodated at the CJ Generalate. We are deeply grateful to the CJ sisters who were kind and generous hosts.
Besides the five-day workshop organized by SOFIA, we also had a briefing and a debriefing session before and after the workshop. Both these sessions were facilitated by Sr Nirmala. Through these sessions Sr Nirmala helped us collect the fruits of the workshop: The importance of networking, Needs Assessments, effective reporting, writing creative proposals, identifying potential donors, to name a few.
We appreciate the effort of the Institute Mission Office Sr Nirmala ibvm, for having meticulously arranged this training for us. We are thankful to our Institute Leadership team, our Provincial Leadership and our Community leaders for making it possible for us to be part of this training in Rome.
