. –The Lenten journey offers a time of spiritual growth. This year it begins on Ash Wednesday the 14th of February 2024. To help us on the journey Rachel McLoughlin ibvm and Susan Daily ibvm have prepared these contemporary spiritual exercises written for five consecutive Sundays in Lent 2024. Key aspects of the Sunday readings are given for reflection as well as guiding points for prayer. At the beginning of each exercise we are invited to recall an early companion of Mary Ward to help focus and draw us into the Mary Ward circle of friends. Sharing your reflection in small group spiritual conversation is encouraged for this is our graced heritage.
